Get On Your Knees!

Gosh darn! My knee has been hurting for about 3 days now so I used that as an excuse not to go to the gym which is a sad sad excuse because I don't need to use my knees for all the different things I can do at the gym.
So today I did my best to ignore the knee and have a workout. I'm glad I did. I'm listening to my body and being careful and working around it. Tonight I'll wear a knee snuggie under my pants to immobilize it a bit. I've had this issue before and it got better so I'm hoping for that to happen again.
I blew the goal of not eating after work last night and ate a bag of microwave popcorn. I mean it's not horrible in calories but still, the goal is to change that behavior. Tonight I will have Sleepytime Tea and go to bed early.
