My new goal today is to start finding a healthy balance at home with both food and exercise. I haven't been eating a ton of junk, but I certainly haven't been eating very balanced meals either (popsicles are cereal are the norm). I'd also like to get in at least a 10 minute workout everyday at home. Break up my lounging time a little bit. I think both of these things will make a big difference for me.
I'm also trying to keep a positive attitude as much as possible. One of my friends has been making an extra effort to put things in perspective lately, and I'd like to follow his example. Sometimes it's easy to get caught up in the little things.
On another note...less than 100 days until I go to Disney World!!! Can't wait! :)
