So it's been over a month since I blogged. It's been a good month overall. Spent last week on the sidelines due to a cold/allergy/sinus/respiratory thingy. Though I resented the heck out of having to miss a week of running, I honestly think I'm better for it. I've never been one to listen to my body, so learning and using that skill last week gave me a little bit of confidence that I'm really on the right road to health and well being.
Today's a running day-goal three miles. I'm still wogging, but walking less and jogging more. Progress-I'm seeing progress.
