Wow, it's been 4 months of maintaining and now 1 month of gaining a few pounds back. MUST STOP THE UPWARD TREND NOW!!! I worked hard Jan-Apr to build healthier habits; make eating well, getting regular exercise and good nights sleep a priority. Then the struggles started and I started making exceptions, but I maintained...as soon as I noticed a pound or two up, I got back down. This past month was hard and I fell into old bad habits. And I'm having a hard time getting back on track.
My first steps this week, is to go back to tracking. Yesterday, I tracked everything. Today I have planned well. And I must make sticking to it a priority today.
I feel like I need to keep reminding myself of how much better I will feel when I am on track again. And I have to start now....
