My assignment is to blog about what motivates me to lose weight.
That is fairly easy: the love of motion.
The last time I was at a normal body weight - for about 3 seconds! - I enjoyed just moving. I walked miles every day all over town...just because! It gave me pleasure.
Also, it would be nice to look good in horizontal stripes again....
