Coffee is my weakness. It is the only thing I refuse to give up no matter what. Now that is a big statement considering 6 short months ago I would have said the same thing for my mountain dew addiction. I dont miss it, and I feel like i can hear my body screaming THANK YOU, JENNY!! Coffee on the other hand is my routine, my security blanket. If I dont have it in the AM I feel like something is missing, like I am in slow motion. Then the head aches start...blah. So I make sure i have at least one cup in the morning, and try to drink nothing but water for the rest of the day. 8 cups of water is surprisingly harder to drink than I had thought it would be! I am trying, believe me.....but sometimes my job prevents me from running to the bathroom to pee every 10 minutes. I guess i have a small bladder. I am trying none the less, and like my mountain dew addiction I can hear my body screaming THANK YOU, JENNY!! emoticon

If you love it that much, then keep having your cup a day, or you will feel deprived. Hang in there on the water! It takes some getting used to. And your bladder will get used to it too. You've done a great job on the Mt. Dew, that stuff is poison! You are awesome! :)

The magic number for coffee is now supposed to be TWO. Yes, the news lately has claimed that two cups of coffee a day is actually good for you! But not more, which is my problem.

    See articles such as

gratulations on breaking the Mountain Dew addiction. That stuff really IS a problem in so many ways.
