Achieving a healthy goal weight.

My goals in losing weight are to be more physically active and to get to 168-170 lbs. When I complete this goal I will feel much stronger and motivated to maintain this weight. I just want my clothes to fit(meaning a size 12) and I want to be healthy. These are my goals.
