Well tomorrow morning sees me tring to conquer Week 5 Day 3 of C25K. Just a bit worried as it is a 5 min warmup - then 20min jog/run straight - I currently jog at 8km/hr - but I may just have to adjust that tomorrow to see if I can get as far as a can. So far on the program the longest run has only been 8min - so this is a bit of a jump. Anyway we will see how many minutes I can keep going for.
EDITED - JUST GOT HOME - I DID IT !!!! - I JOGGED FOR 20 MIN STRAIGHT AT 7.8KM
I posted a goal for my weight loss on SparkPeople today - For the month of September my goal is to lose 3.7kg - which would bring me down to 80kg - I have not been 80kg since I don't really know when. I got there very momentarily about 9 years ago, but didn't stay there too long and then put all my weight loss back on. I think the last time I was 80kg for any length of time was in my early 20's.
I just stumbled on an excellent leg workout that you can do at home - the video goes for 10min and shows you through it - will be a good one for those days I don't get to the gym. - I have a link posted to it on my blog rightgethealthywoman.blo
