When I look at my long term calorie differential report, I can certainly see why I'm not losing any more weight. I've looked at the daily differential frequently but don't look at the summary. This is very helpful to me. It points out graphically that its what we do day after day that determines what we weigh.
For those of you who don't know, you can pull up lots of long term graphs of your progress from the Reports section.
It looks like August went better and I'm on a roll for the first 3 days of September. I can do this. I would like to get to my goal weight before I permanently maintain and I'm sooooo close......
