Track & measure my eating

Walk 3 times a week for an hour or more

Do 2 sessions of strength exercises a week

Finish the deep house cleaning

Do 3 planned projects to completion

Prepare 2 studies

Complete application for online study courses

Complete my wardrobe (nearly done)

Help and encourage my others as best I can

Complete 3 speaking engagements

Do 2 marathon walks and one walk to support a cause

Donate blood as many times as I can

Plan Christmas giving and keep it to a minimum

Learn a new website program and keep blogging
Maybe that's enough!
