So I don't know about everyone else but I very much enjoyed the long weekend, and yes I even managed to keep my work out schedule the whole weekend and even on Monday! I was very surprised I managed to go Monday, it was a little hard to not be lazy all day but then I remembered that lazy is not the new me. I will be taking a work out break today thought, my body tells me that it needs some recovery time so I figure its best to listen to my body than to hurt myself.
I met a small personal goal on Saturday at the gym..I managed 2.2 miles in 30 minuets on the elliptical! Wooooooo whoooooooooo! I honestly can't remember a time I've done 2 miles so go me!
Well tomorrow will be back to the gym and its weigh in day....lets hope for some good numbers. But I know as long as its a pound I'm doing ok. I already can feel the effects of working out at least 5 times a week. It's an amazing feeling!
