Rough weekend (eating)

I didnt eat right this weekend. I tried to start off the days right most of the time, but with it being a holiday weekend and such, just kept failing. I do better when have a routine and schedule, but couldn't force myself out of bed to go exercise this morning and now feeling drowsy at the office.

I am going to eat right today, and hopefully be back to 100% exercising tomorrow.

    Thanks for sharing your blog, I have trouble on the weekends also and need that structure that your normally have during the week. Sounds like you've got a great plan to get back on track. emoticon

    We all have days like that...holidays or long weekends are the worst, because we do get out of our comfort zone.
    The fact that you know the problem and how to fix it is enough for now. You will get back on track.
