My friend (?) "LOUIE".....

Tuesday, September 04, 2012

Ok short and sweet! This has to do with my friend the "scale"... emoticon! This is just another reason why I need to ignore "Him" (I think I will name him "Louie" which is short for Louie the Liar). emoticon
I officially weigh in once a week, but get on the scale daily, just to keep me goin in the right direction. Sooooo yesterday was my official weigh-in day and I gained almost 2 Lb. from last week. Very very unhappy, but had a few days with a little bit of unhealthy eating and skipped a few workouts.... so I know where i went wrong!
Soooo, this morning got on "Louie" and bingo, I'm down 2 Lb. Oh yea, now you understand why I call him "Louie"
It's just another reminder why "Louie" should not be my #1 go to person in this journey!!
So I'll just leave it at that, but I needed to share with my SparkBuddies my feelings for "Louie the Liar"...
Have a movin and shakin day and I love you all!!! emoticon

I'm going to name my scale Deniro as in Robert Deniro as in "Are you lookin' at me?" because I seldom get on it; I just look at it like it's an alien.

Is it possible that scales know when it's an official weigh-in day? Then again, maybe you had more sodium on Sunday than you did on Monday. All I know is that my weigh in day is Wednesday and I'm often heavier on that day than any other day of the week.
