I finished another aqua class in the pool at the gym this morning. This was my third type of aqua class I've done there: aqua track I do most but since running class starts tonight on the same days and times, I'll be missing that, aqua zumba is fun and I plan to go this weekend, and the one I did this morning is water works: an invigorating class held in the shallow water which teaches us how to increase range of motion and balance through changes in resistance, intensity and speed. After the 55 minute class, I ran up and down the row in 5 feet of water several times in my water shoes. I am loving getting used to the water. It is an outdoor pool, but heated, so I hope to take advantage throughout the fall. I think I'll really be ready for triathlon training next Spring!
