Good September all!! Hope that everyone is having an awesome day and that your fall season is off to a great start. Here, we are a bit warm and muggy today, but that will all change this weekend, and I must admit that I am looking forward to cooler days. there are 118 days left in 2012...just about 4 months... and I'm going to go out with a bang (or at least as much as I can). So far, we're still working on dialing in the Synthroid, but at least I'm not ballooning up. However, I am getting kind of tired of loosing hair all the time. Hopefully that will stop soon. I've been watching what I'm eating, but I'm kind of in a bit of a quandry right now. Sort of the same problem I've had, but I hate not being able to figure it out. The weight has pretty much stayed the same all summer...between 155 and 150. I guess I'm not going to complain since that really isn't bad, and I'm thinking a bit of the additional weight is muscle since I've been lifting pretty heavy (managed 3/8 inch increase in my biceps since June). I just wish I could figure out this fluctuation becaus it really doesn't seem to connect to either carb intake or sodium intake. I've increased my fruit and veggie intake and lowered my protein a bit and haven't really seen any positive or negative results that could be directly attributed to these changes. So I guess it's back to the drawing board to figure out what is going to give me the results that I would like to see (lean out a bit and continue to build muscle). Guess I'll just continue to record and look at trends and try to modify things slightly. Definitely going to keep up with the rockin' workouts...seeing gains in strength and liking where it's going. I will update on those results soon, as well as posting new picts.
