Logging Food

It is a simple solution. When I log my food everyday in Spark People I lose weight. When I don't - it only takes a couple of days to gain weight. So with 20 lbs to lose, my commitment is to log my food intake for the next 30 days. Any help, encouragement, or suggestions welcome.
