How many times have you started to get ready to exercise and then you stand there looking at the DVD's or exercise equipment and you say to yourself, "Do I really want to exercise today?" I have done this many times and procrastinated doing any time of exercise or talked myself out of doing it. The way I have finally made exercising a habit was to realize that this weight and inches are not going to drop off with the wave of a magical wand or fairy dust. I had to buckle down and just do it! Once I started my program, I felt vigorated and motivated to keep going. When I felt like I wanted to stop instead of going all the way through the program, I challenged myself to keep going. A new burst of energy would flow through my body and I made it to the end. Feels sooooo good to know that I accomplished the program and my body felt ready to meet the day. Don't let that little voice inside of you stop you from exercising each day. Just get up and do it!!
