Five years ago this weekend, my Hubby and I bought our first (and last) home. This weekend, we bought a new mattress, a big cal-king, and all but finished putting together our bedroom. This seems to be a good weekend to start and finish new things. So my goal for this weekend next year is to be at a healthy weight, about 120-140 pounds lighter, and (hopefully) 10 sizes smaller. I am working at this goal by breaking it down into more manageable goals, 2 pound weight loss every week, and I get to treat myself with a non-food reward for every two goals met in a row. I'm allowing myself $5 for the treat, and for every 10 goals met in a row, I'm allowing myself $20.
