I am down to New Year's Day weight minus 1.. getting ready for October vacation trip to see extended family and would love to loose several pounds this month...not sure how realistic that is but will work towards it while we survive the wild, hectic pace of market gardening.
1. Continue to pray for MY OWN health FIRST thing each morning.
2. Feed on the Word...scripture ...I am loving my new devotional LOVE OUT LOUD by Joyce Meyer, plus reading Gospel of John.
3.Measuring and weighing food and recording every morsel again this month - will start computer tracking later in month after DD returns to college and I have more computer time [fruits and veggies must be 75 gm in order to count as one!
4.Weighing and measuring body every Saturday for public record and weigh daily- I still find measuring a challenge - but consistent with weighing
5.Pedometer and wearing it 6 out of 7 days [Sunday is day off] - push self to fibro limits
6.NEW***use a timer and spend 15-30 minutes daily enjoying photo collection in order for me to nourish and feed the creative side of me that has been starving. I need this joy, praise and fun for myself to be at peace.
