I mean, we ate at a West African restaurant today. I had cassava greens over rice - this was one of my favorite meals in Liberia, cassava greens pounded in a mortar and pestle to soften them up, then stewed for hours with some palm oil.
You'd think SparkPeople would have cassava greens in the tracker, wouldn't you?
I don't know WHAT I'm going to do when we get some REALLY strange food, LOL!
