Today I walked, drove my bike and just moved for the pure joy of moving. Have you ever come across one of those days when you are super glad to be active.

I am so ready for the pounds to go but they seem very reluctant to leave the home body they have occupied for so long.
So I guess I'll just have to feed them less and try to jar them off my frame by moving more.

I have not lost a large amount of weight but when I hefted a 20 lb bag of potatoes at the grocery store recently I thought to myself, my old ticker must be some happy with me since I have dumped at least that much weight.

I am looking forward to the day when the pounds gone off me will equal a 50 lb bag of spuds.
Maybe then I'll finally be able to do a jig. : )))

    I guess "slow is the way to go" at least that's what my fat says. It IS good to know that some is gone and IT'S NOT COMING BACK!

    I love that you are noticing the changes in your body even if the pounds aren't coming off as quickly as you would like. That's something I struggle with too, but I revel in seeing that I can walk or run longer / keep up with my kids / lift heavier items.
