I'm ok and its fixed- long story short - but I have to keep working out and making my legs strong and LOSE WEIGHT. The key to better knees and keeping them (mine will need replacment in 5 yrs if I dont do what I am told) and maintaining a good weight. Great. I have been on and off the wagon SO many times, life just keeps getting in the way, depression after caring for and losing my Uncle really hit me (its better now and I have a grip) and now I have to get back on a wagon and try and stay there for this knee to get better. I am getting a trainer for 4 weeks once a week and if I am paying for that, I am losing something in the mean time. I cant go back to the gym YET but soon I can ....and then its back to WW as well, I need that, I dont know why i need that but I do, I was down SO much when I did last, so its time to do it again....here we go - again....wish me luck!
