Well, I have joined The Biggest Loser Challenge, which starts in 10 days. We're doing pre-flight checking for two weeks, and one of the things we're supposed to do it write down what our goals for the 12 weeks of the challenge will be.
My main goal is simple: lose 10 pounds in 12 weeks.
But for me, choosing a goal isn't hard. That answer came to me in about 3 seconds flat. The hard part is to find way to accomplish that goal, AND not lose momentum during the challenge time. Twelve weeks is a long time, especially when you take into consideration that Halloween and Thanksgiving will fall within the challenge dates, plus the start of Christmas season.
My plan includes simple actions that have already served me well on this SP journey: chug my water, try to exercise every day, find excuses to move around, use the SP program to help me, and last but not least, don't buy any junk food.
As for the 2nd part of the plan, not losing momentum, I will depend on the new skills I have learned while on SP, and the support of my teammates. And I will keep reminding myself that I am STRONG and can do anything I want to do.
