Have now managed 5 days back on SP.
I've been recording my food and exercise on SP, so far so good, I haven't had 5 perfect days of eating but I'm getting the hang of it again - don't want to think how many calories I was eating before, must be in the thousands. The problem is I'm really hungry all the time, I'm trying to eat balanced meals with lots of fruit and veg but I don't seem to ever get full. It's annoying because I have an hourly battle with myself to avoid stuffing my face with rubbish!
I managed another jog today but really struggling with my breathing, lungs give out before my legs and I get a really bad stitch. I've Googled some controlled breathing exercises which I will try on my next jog
