YOU!! Yeah, that's right YOU! Quit fooling around, quit working yourself ragged and then pigging out! BALANCE, yeah that word you hate, but that everyone tries to tell you to do! Quit overextending yourself, and realize you are human, and can only do so much!! STOP SETTING YOURSELF UP TO FAIL!!
Whew, Yes ma'am, slow and steady is what I need to do. I totally set myself up to fail. I started a P90X challenge, and due to so much going on right now, I had to re evaluate. I need shorter, more intense and steady workouts. I need consistency and a little more give in my diet. I have been cutting so much out(even healthy stuff) that I am really feel deprived, so I binge, not good.
I weighed today, not good. So I am starting again, right here and right now.
Got people coming over to look at furniture today, so pray it sells!
