Today's Spark coach asked "What is your true motivation? What do you hope to achieve or experience after reaching your goal?"
To be healthy. To get up without my knees hurting. to tie my shoes and cross my legs. I want to be an active, healthy, full of energy mom who can take on all what life has to offer. I want to live to retire with my husband, and set on the porch after brisk walk as we watch the grand-kids play. I will always have a chronic illness, but I can be a model of control. I want to take my struggles, my obstacles, my life lessons and turn it into something I can help people with. My long term career goal is to be a CDE, or a life coach.
I am cruising into the 100 days challenge. Day 16 and 17 are filled with chores to get the house ready for appraisal, and be prepared for the work week. Yesterday, I cleaned. today, I am cooking a turkey, and meals for the week, and doing laundry.
Exercise: No gym time. tomorrow will start my weekly morning work out schedule.
Food: Almost within calorie range. Today, will be better.
Stress: There is a lot to do in terms of the house chores.
Sleep: I wanted to get up at 4;30, and get the turkey in but oversleep till 8.
Family time: Chores, chores and more chores.
