Started another challenge today...

Happy Labor Day! It's been a crazy month for me. I was doing good, staying stagnant at around 230-232 the entire summer, I was so proud. With everything going on in the last month, I gained 14 lbs within about 5 weeks. Crazy. I know it was a lot of stress eating and hiding at home and not having such an active lifestyle as I normally do. Now that things are getting better, I know I need to do something about it. I am so scared, that was only 4 lbs away from hitting 250, a weight in which I swore I would never see again.

So, I have always felt pretty good after doing the cleanse and 24 day challenges, so I figured it might be a good way for me to start? I have a wedding to attend at the end of the month, my goal is to be back down to the 230 by the wedding on September 27th. Wish me luck.

  You can do it! & You have a good motivator too so that helps! I've tried a cleanse b4 and girl it was rough! I only lasted 2 days on my kale/fennel drink lol. Take it one day at a time :) Looking forward to hear how it goes!

  emoticon as a stress eater I know that we struggle. I try writing down my feelings instead of reaching for food. Doing better at it. Try it sometimes you even go back and read it again and laugh. emoticon you can reach your goal . Keep a positive outlook and you can do it. emoticon Judy
