Our club had arranged for a trek about 35kms from the city. We gathered at rundown bungalow where there were brunch arrangements. The weather was lightly sunny, extremely humid making it difficult to breathe. I almost thought to give up & not go due to the stuffy weather which was making me nauseous, dizzy & upset. But we decided to push on...as soon as we took the first few steps, it started to drizzle & within 10mins we were drenched! The weather turned awesome with the beautiful greenery, the forest-like trails were wonderful!

Total cals burned over the 2 hour trek - 677!
Step count at the end of the day on my pedometer - 18,393!
