I'm too tired!

I have too much to do. There's no time. I really just don't feel like it today. These are a few excuses I have used, just like everyone else, I suppose. Well, the assignment was to blog about excuses to NOT exercise, and these are some of mine.

Trying to overcome them; using Spark tools to help. What are your excuses & how do you counter them?

    I like to save all my excuses up for days when I'm not working out anyway. emoticon

    emoticon emoticon I'm pretty good at motivating other people and supporting them but for me I'm always full of excuses. You name it I've used it. Now I'm so discouraged that I just don't do it. I've re-gained 4lb of my hard lost 14lb and feel defeated. I wish you the best on your journey and know you will succeed!
