I'm sitting here on the day I was supposed to be running 12 miles with nothing accomplished. I still have the evening. So far I'm really, really, disappointed in this week. I've been under a lot of stress and I somewhere from underneath it I lost my motivation to run. Things have been tense and I started having to take Zantac three times a day along with handfuls of ibuprofen to take away a headache that wouldn't go away. I'm feeling good this morning so far health wise. I hope today will be better in the way of my attitude and energy. I'd like to stop dwelling on my craptastic week 7 and start looking forward to a fantastic week 8.
