No weight loss

I wasn't very strict with myself this week. I allowed myself a few M&Ms here, a piece of candy there, a bite of real pizza or two...and I noticed first hand the effect. For the first time since seeing the nutritionist, I did not lose any weight. Thank goodness I didn't gain, so it was a cheap lesson, but I must just be VERY sensitive to sugars.
So this week I'm back to being strict. Veggies and protein at every meal possible. No sweets. None. I started making my own PB, which is SO AMAZING compared to store bought and I eat A LOT of pb. But at least it doesn't have any sugar in it! I can live without chocolate if I at least have PB.
I"ve been eating more fruit than normal this week, too. So I can only allow myself fruit once per day. I already had mine today - an apple with PB for breakfast. I also have been slacking on the amount of veggies I eat, so I need to start eating more veggies as snacks. I'll start eating celery with PB more often than apples with PB.
I know what works, and I know what makes me feel better. Eating the foods I ate this week (and leaving out the foods I know I should be eating - like veggies) effected me in many ways - one of them being in the bathroom! I feel much healthier and...um...cleansed...when I follow the plan.
So...back to it. Last night for dinner I made feta stuffed chicken, which was FLIPPING AMAZING and it could be the only way I eat chicken for the rest of my life. We had green beans with it, and I felt really good afterward. I actually had an appetite, which was nice! And I have leftovers for lunch today. Tonight - paleo pizza! I should try the cauliflower crust again and see how that goes. That'd be a great way to get veggies in.
