Q: 3. Who have you shared your weight loss goals with? What has been good about sharing your goals?
A: My mother is my biggest supporter. My husband is also trying to lose weight (to lower our insurance premiums), but he's very much a 'loner', so I rely more on my Spark Community and my Mom for motivation and encouragement.
And that's all I'll say about that. Very diplomatic, right?
