on a fitness challenge for the fall.
I've decided for a modified challenge in the month of September: 500 fitness minutes for the month and 500 cardio calories burned per week.
I know, it's not as ambitious as it could be, but physical therapy for my knee has slowed me down. I'm doing about 2-3 hours per week of strength training exercises, but my cardio has dropped off the cliff. High-impact activities are out, and even walking is sometime trouble. Most of my cardio has been on my exercise bike.
Hopefully this challenge will jump start my cardio activities and get me moving more.
