I've needed to give myself a kick in the butt. I have not be consistent in working toward my goals. I get started but somehow slack off. That is going to change starting now. I'm joining Pixie-Licious September challenge.
I have made a list of goals that I will accomplish this month.
My Weight loss goal is to lose 5 lbs for the month .. Less than 2 lbs per wk.. I can do this. I will achieve this goal by exercising every day for at least 15 minutes. I plan to get to the gym 2 or 3 times a week. Ride the recumbent bike, use weight machines, walk the track. I also want to do some water exercises to help my RA/Fibro/ and basic arthritis. There are plenty of DVD's at home to choose from. Weights, resistance bands, and the Step.
My Self Improvement goals is :
Keep a positive attitude...Make myself a priority...I CAN and I WILL are my new motto. No more of I can't
I plan to work hard, exercise as much as possible. Some days it will be easier, other days will be a struggle. I look forward to the challenge.
