In September
I WILL weigh less than 190!
I WILL meet my daily nutrition guidelines.
I WILL workout 360 minutes PER WEEK! (Which means that Saturday could be spent in 6 hours of exercise if I don't discipline myself!)
I WILL bring my own snacks to the THREE days I spend watching football games (to avoid the consession stand).
I WILL get my sodium under control in September.
I WILL strength train a minimum of 2x per week for 30 minutes or more!
