My weight is 174 right now. I want to make it into the 160's by the beginning of October. There. I said it.
Normally I have a hard time imagining losing weight. Which is weird because I can imagine running half marathons and swimming a mile and stuff like that. Losing some pounds shouldn't be such a brain bender. But it is.
Today though I can imagine losing 4.5 pounds in one month to get into the 160's. Then October 1 I'll need to find something new to envision.
