October 1 Goal: Weight Loss

My weight is 174 right now. I want to make it into the 160's by the beginning of October. There. I said it.

Normally I have a hard time imagining losing weight. Which is weird because I can imagine running half marathons and swimming a mile and stuff like that. Losing some pounds shouldn't be such a brain bender. But it is.

Today though I can imagine losing 4.5 pounds in one month to get into the 160's. Then October 1 I'll need to find something new to envision.

    You've totally got this one. Look at your success with minimal exercise last month! You've dialed in on your nutrition well enough that as you add in your fitness again, you'll be fueling well without excess!
