The BIG exciting thing being leading my first ever aerobics class on Thursday! I did a complete run-through today and realised I've choreographed way too much. But that means I only have to do the best bits...
So what else have I got this week?
Monday I have my regular jogging group and I'll also do another run-through of the aerobics class.
Tuesday I've got to get the publicity sorted for the next jogging group courses, make sure it goes in the local paper and out to the mailing list and on Facebook and everything, and I'll probably be going to the community hall to make sure their sound system works the way I think it does.
Wednesday is more jogging, my regulars should be back after their summer break which will be great. I miss them!
Thursday, my very own aerobics class! Yes yes yes! I've waited so long for this!
Friday, hey, might be a day off. That will be nice.
Saturday I'm preparing for...
Sunday, when I'm running my first 10k, and before and after I'm doing a bit of promotion and recruitment for the jogging and the aerobics. And I've volunteered to help set up beforehand as well.
Somewhere amidst the noise and haste I'll also be writing a little health newsletter and doing a bit of promotion for a charity running challenge that's coming up. It's all go!
