Okay, so I'll start with an update from my last blog. After thinking on it more, I realized absolutely everyone who commented was right after I remembered once again my boss is an @$$ and quite the jerk in every way possible, I didn't even bother to ask. But we were all able to come up with a compromise for now. I have 3 of the 6 kids at my house for the week, and one of them is a baby, the other is a teenager who's really good with him, so that's that. I'm babysitting for a week at home with the support of my fiance and no time off from work. Not a nice situation, but at least I'm helping without hurting myself in the long run. Now, I'm trying something new this week after reading an article last week in "Woman's World" about how you can have a yeast infection in your digestive tract due to having certain sensitivities to certain foods. After reading that article and all the symptoms, I was like, okay, that sounds like me for the last several months. So, I decided to try out their little 5 day "detox" plan to get the yeast knocked out of my system and see if I can isolate what I'm sensitive to and actually start to lose weight again because I'm tired all the time and eating all the time and it's always sugary carbs. It just seems to make sense to try. What harm could it do? If anything, I'm sure it's going to help me out tons to at least try something new. Other than that, there's not much new to report other than share my September goals. Which I am changing a bit cuz I think I am taking on too much at once and then I just get mad at myself for not making it. So, I'm adding one new goal per MONTH to work on after I've mastered another one. Since I have FINALLY mastered getting daily fitness in, having only missed one day of exercise due to a minor injury so far in the last 4 weeks, I'd say I'm good on that one. That being said, here are my September goals:
Fitness: Continue my fitness streak of 10+ minutes per day. This month I'm doing a kickboxing "boot camp" that I came up with for exercise, since I change out my routine every month.
Nutrition: Get my eating under control now that I have my fitness under control.
Weight: Get under 250 before the month is done. I have 13.8 pounds to go for that one. I think I can do that.
Bonus: I have set a goal and a deadline. I want to be in one-derland by my birthday March 24. I have 63.8 pounds minimum to go for that one.
Have a great month everyone!
