My daughter is back at school on Tuesday, and I'll be getting off my rear end and sticking to an exercise plan. I've only lost 9 lbs this year, and I plan on starting to lose 1 lb per week starting today. My goal for December 31 is 160 lbs. My plans for weights are 2 days a week for this month, and two cardio days per week. At the end of the month I'll change to 3 days of weights a week and 3 cardio days per week. My favourite exercise videos? Richard Simmons. LOL . Time to crank up "Dancing to the Oldies" and dance away with Richard.
