Today I started the Official Jump-Start Your Fitness Challenge. The first video was tough. I kind of expected it to be tough, since I haven't been exercising. It was only 8 min so at least that was good. Now to keep going. For the week I need to do a video a day, and do 5 extra cardio for this week.
I am hoping that doing the chalange will get me back on the exercise band wagon. Maybe When I am done I will think about doind C25K again.. maybe.
The trick is to keep moving forward.
