I love September, but then again I LOVE FALL so it's not a surprise. I love the Fall foods; apples and pumpkin pie! I love the cooler temperatures and I love the fall harvest activities that we can do between going to the orchards, hay rides and spending time outside without melting. It's a good month.
This month is going to be exceptionally good for me. I started the month with a loss. not much of one mind you, but enough that I have consistently lost since rejoining Spark and tracking all my stuff again. I weighed in this morning and still saw a very small loss which took my total to 4 pounds down. I'll take it and be glad for it.
Some things this week that have been incredibly difficult include my workouts and an increase in eating out with late football games. I dont know what it was but I had a really hard time getting up and getting my workout in early this past week. I kept hitting snooze. One reason may be that I stopped taking my B12 vitamin, so I plan to restart that regime today!
Food was a bit out of control, part of that was late football, but even so I am aware of the healthy options and I chose poorly. I plan to rectify this habit this week by grocery shopping today and planning meals out for the week. I am also going to plan an extra quickie meal so we are prepared in case something comes up.
DH saw a gain, which is very difficult for him. I am trying to be supportive and create contingencies for the week coming up. Its a new month and a small setback does not have to be our undoing!
No rewards this week sexy or otherwise. That sucks, but maybe it will strengthen our resolve for the week coming up!
