Well I thought I would have lost something this week because I logged all my food in and stayed within my calorie range but I didn't. I actually gained 1.3 pounds :( But I may have lost a few inches instead. I have not measured but my pants feel a bit more comfortable this week. I plan on getting more exercise in this week than I did last week. I am still very much motivated and I am going to have a wonderful weight losing week. Hope you all have the same.
