I must be crazy, because after the putdown yesterday I am up and alert this morning and ready to start my September walking plan. I have an October 5k in my plan. It is the Lupus walk and my two sisters suffer from Lupus. I want to be at the walk. I had a good night a sleep. The donation truck picked up four boxes of donations from my house. Yippee. I am shopping for a new bed.
