September Challenge

Summer and August has been tough, had good positive things happen but at the same time camping and social outings have done me in and i went from 148 to 156 as of today so... i better get back to this to stop sliding backwards.

Got a one month free gym pass to Steve Nash and will continue with the 5 6am workouts a week at the workout studio

Goals
1. be diligent in my workouts
2. eat clean and cut the carbs
3. no eating after 8 pm
4. no junk food
5. only one cheat day in the weekend
6. plan my meals otherwise Fail to plan, Plan to fail
