In my attempt to begin my upward spiral, I have been making some wise
choices ! I always begin my day with a nutritious Breakfast. On Mondays,
Wednesdays and Fridays, I have a good swim, first thing in the morning.
This helps to speed up my metabolism. In the afternoon, or evening, I'll
go for a walk.Sometimes, I'll walk in the afternoon, and again, in the evening.
Throughout the day, I'm sure to keep drinking my water.I always track my food,
to get a good handle on how many calories I am eating. I think that I will now
work harder on getting to bed earlier.
I'll turn in, now.
