Four great reasons to turn things back around NOW...
184. Having to lay down on your bed to zip those jeans that you worked SO hard to get into.
185. Realizing on your potty break at work AFTER you unzip, that reason 184 happened that morning and the terror that you'll need to lay down in the bathroom stall to rezip... (thankfully, denim stretches after a couple of hours of wear...)
186. Having to answer the question "wow! how much weight have you lost?" with a number that is nearly 20 pounds higher than answering that same question this time last year. (Don't get me wrong, I was flattered to still get the compliment, but I felt the need to qualify my answer with "well, I *had* lost nearly 70 pounds, but I put a 'few' of those back on"... she didn't need to know that...)
187. Losing confidence in my athletic ability. It's letting doubt creep in and I just don't have room for that.
I'm tougher than this. I'm still down near 50 pounds from the beginning of my sparkalicious adventure, it's time to get that groove back!! I'm human and I need to remember to learn from my mistakes and move on. I don't throw in the towel, I use it to wipe off the sweat!
