Challenge from Coach Krystie is to blog about myself 6 months ago, now and where I will be in 6 months. Trouble is I have had a hard time thinking back to where I was 6 months ago. Some days I really feel like a different person. 6 months ago was about the time I hit my plateau. I became disorganized, frustrated and just plain mean to myself. I have been so critical and everyone else in my life gets a break. Well no more!! NOW I am all about keeping myself just as important as everyone else. I have made a great list of things to do daily. Got some pretty great goals going and great support from my SP friends! I have slipped a few times in the last few weeks and just went full steam ahead! It was amazing because I lost 5 lbs even with those slip-ups. I really needed to see it was still possible even when I make mistakes. Now the tough part. Where will I be 6 months from now. Well now that I know I am important and mistakes can be dealt with I think I can do anything. In 6 months I will have lost 50 more lbs, wearing a size smaller (if not 2 sizes smaller) clothes. I would like to see my workouts getting longer at least 45 min (at 20 now) and I will see myself having to work that much harder in my workouts. I WILL continue to be a positive person and I will race my kids around the block! :D
September is going to be a great month! Lets rock it!
