This has been a long summer for me. Between a trip to South Dakota with my daughter the beginning of July, surgery the end of July and aspirin desensitization the end of August, I haven't had much free time in the summer.
My goals in September are:
Good habits to continue when I go back to work:
Continue going to the gym Monday, Wednesday, Friday evenings
Do weight training and cardio there
Eat 4 servings of vegetables a day.
Eat 4 servings of fruit a day.
Bad habits to try to get rid of:
Eating baked goods, pasta, etc. too much
Eating too much dairy.
