Okay, I wrote a really long post about today's 5K on my off-site blog, which you can read here: fuchsiagetsfit.blogspot.
To summarize, however: I finished it in 33:53, came in 14th out of 29 in my division [which shocked me!], and am really happy with my results. I learned a few things to change for my next 5K and I've got a training plan all set up for the coming month. I'm excited!
Since it's the beginning of the month, I took my measurements this morning as well. Losses are as follows:
waist: 1 inch
hips: 1 inch
thigh: 1 inch
neck: 0.5 inch
belly: 0.5 inch
My body fat percentage also went down to 25% from 25.6% last month, per www.healthcentral.com/ch
[but that estimate may be off by 1 or 2% so it might not really be any change].
I love these results!
Weigh in tomorrow and that's looking gooooood. This week was MY week!
