Sorry I've gotten off track

So I haven't been walking or watching what I eat or anything this week "health-wise". Well not completely true. I am trying to eat more iron rich foods to build up my hematocrit. I tried to donate blood this past Tuesday and it was too low to donate. :(
I wanted to donate in my aunt's honor as I was unable to attend her memorial service and her burial.
I've been fairly bummed about it (her death) all week.
So I realize I need to get myself together and get back on track. I am hoping to tomorrow.
Will start building up my walking minutes again. Will start off with 10-15 mins a day and build up from there.
Please keep me in prayer and good thoughts. Thanks.

    Thank you for your honesty. Praying that you are able to remember the good things about your Aunt and they make you smile. We all have moments, days or even weeks that we don't do our best but we get back on track. I know you can do it--I believe in you. One step at a time will make the difference in the long run.
