So I haven't been walking or watching what I eat or anything this week "health-wise". Well not completely true. I am trying to eat more iron rich foods to build up my hematocrit. I tried to donate blood this past Tuesday and it was too low to donate. :(
I wanted to donate in my aunt's honor as I was unable to attend her memorial service and her burial.
I've been fairly bummed about it (her death) all week.
So I realize I need to get myself together and get back on track. I am hoping to tomorrow.
Will start building up my walking minutes again. Will start off with 10-15 mins a day and build up from there.
